Learn the Mid-Range Jong Bong. Spots are limited so act fast! Colored Belts will learn the 30-second Leadership Phoenix Form for competition. Black Belts will learn the Mid-Range Form for competition. All will learn basics, combos, disarms, and advanced Jong Bong moves.
